We are not sure on the exact age of this door, however, it is modern, in excellent condition and appears to have seen little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The handle is slightly weathered (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the operation in any way.

Security

• 9 point ‘Fullex’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace the glazing. We can order new clear glass for an additional £80 total including VAT, which would be delivered with the door ready to be installed.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
