There is a few screw hole on the internal side of the door, however these are only cosmetic and dose not affect the doors operation.
The gasket on the bottom of the frame is brittle, however replacement gasket can be purchased online.
The rain sill is missing, however a new one can be purchased online.
There is condensation occurring inside the glass for the door only – there is no condensation inside the sidelight glazing. We can order replacement clear glass for the door for an additional £65 including VAT. We can also order matching clear glazing for the sidelight for an additional £45 including VAT. This would be delivered along with the door, ready to be installed by your fitter.
If you would like to order the glazing yourself the measurements are: Width – 62.2 / Height – 100.8 cm / 28 mm thick, this is only for the glazing in the door.
