Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• There are some small scuffs and scratches on both sides of the door (see photos) which could be touched up.
• Screw holes on the door and frame on the internal side from the previously installed alarm system – these could be filled or covered with a new replacement alarm system.
• Two of the three hinges have chips to their paint which could also be easily touched up.
• Marks and screw holes around the edges of the frame from the previous installation which will be covered by trim when the door is installed again.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Mila’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the pane, as well as externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• Distorted glass with a decorative texture.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Chrome and the hinges are White.
