Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Cosmetic scratches on the door, frame, and handle (see photos).
- 3 hinge cap covers are missing, which can also be purchased online. These are purely cosmetic and not crucial to the operation of the hinges.
- 2 screw holes on top internal door from previous blinds this can be covered by trim. See in photos.
- Scratches on the glazing (see photos) which is also cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the glass.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
