Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Two drain cover caps are missing, but can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Two Allen keys are provided for adjusting the hinges if needed.

Security

• High quality 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a ‘Yale Lockmaster’ Strand Anti-panic Exit Device (Panic Bar) installed internally.
• There are no keys with this door as they are key-less and can only be locked/unlocked using the Panic Bar.
• In an emergency, the Panic Bar enables anybody on the inside to press the bar and unlock the door, whether or not it is locked.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• There are no exterior handles, which is a security feature and can only be opened from the inside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
