Upvc White Back Door
uPVC Back Door in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Please Note: This item is externally beaded.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Paint chips to the handles (see photos) which could be touched up. Alternatively, new handles are available to purchase online at a low expense.
- Screw holes on both sides of the door and frame (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
- Some paint flecks on the external side and hinges which could be removed with solvent cleaner if desired.
- Marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, which would be covered by trim when the door is installed again.
Security
- 5 point ‘Saracen’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 22mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- There is a frosted film sticker on the glass which provides added privacy – this can be easily removed if desired, leaving clear glass.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
