The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

uPVC Back Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Ideal if you’re after some high-quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Odd faint/light marks and chips in some places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- Light marks on all three hinges, however, nothing a strong cleaner or light touch up wouldn’t fix.
- The handle colour faded on both sides, but you can purchase a new handle online at a low expense.
- This door comes with a cat flap, however, you could change the bottom panel to another panel or glass if you did not want it.
- The cat flap lock does not operate fully – replacement parts can be bought online for a small expense.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘ISEO’ keys.
- ‘ERA’ door chain installed internally for added security.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold (faded) and the colour of the hinges is White.
