This door has been fitted inside a house as a partition door so is in very good condition so has not been exposed to the elements. It is however an external door.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The sill was shaped to suit the previous installation and may need to be trimmed down before being installed again.
• Small scratches on the external side of the door (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• Faint marks on the surface of the sill which could also be easily touched up.
• The door has been fitted with brand new White handles.
• Sill end-caps and one hinge cover are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Distorted glass with an ornate ‘Minster’ effect which provides additional privacy.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
