Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks going down the external side of the door and on the bottom of the internal door (see photos). These are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product.
- Gasket is slightly loose and would need to be re-attached by your fitter on installation (see photos).
- 1 screw hole on the top internal of the door which could be filled or covered with trim, see in photos.
- Residue mastic around the internal door – this can also be covered by trim, see in photos.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
