Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Residue mastic around the top internal side, and discolouration around the internal frame – both could be covered with trim by your fitter.
• Small crack on the bottom external frame (please see in last photo). A competent fitter may be able to fill and touch this up.
• Handles are slightly loose, but could be tightened by your fitter. The door still operates and locks as normal.
• The rain sill is missing. These can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
• Paint flecks on hinges which can be removed with a scraper and white spirit if desired (see photos).

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
