Please Note: There is no glazing for this item, but we can order it in at an additional cost – see glazing section below.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- 2 screw holes on the top of internal door but this would be covered with trim when installed.
- Light paint marks on 1 of the hinges, but should come off with some strong cleaner. See last photos for defects.
- 1 piece of beading is missing in the photos, but has been ordered and will arrive with the door upon delivery.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 57cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 94.7cm.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £195.00 total inc VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
