Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• 2 screw holes on the top of internal door but this would be covered with trim when installed.
• Light paint marks on 1 of the hinges, but should come off with some strong cleaner. See last photos for defects.
• 1 piece of beading is missing in the photos, but has been ordered and will arrive with the door upon delivery.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 57cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 94.7cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £195.00 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
