uPVC Arched door in White, bespoke made to the highest quality by German Brand ‘Kommerling’ who produce some of the most expensive upvc frames on the market.
Can be used as either a front door or a back door depending on the panel you decide to put in the door.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- 4 beading sections are provided for the main door, but will have to be cut to size by your fitter.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 219.9cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 103.5cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 132cm.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order in glass for the door and rectangle sidelights only at a cost of £350 total including VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself the units required are:-
- Door: Width: 77.2 cm, Height: 184.5 cm x1 pane.
- Sidelight 1: Width: 22.7 cm, Height: 151.4 cm x1 pane.
- Sidelight 2: Width: 23.2 cm, Height: 151.4 cm x1 pane. (checked JBH)
- You would need to order the 4 remaining sections of glass yourself due to their complex shape and dimensions. A competent glazier would be able to measure and supply these.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
