Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• 4 beading sections are provided for the main door, but will have to be cut to size by your fitter. 

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 219.9cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28.5cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 103.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 132cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order in glass for the door and rectangle sidelights only at a cost of £200 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself the units required are:- 
• Door: Width: 77.2 cm, Height: 184.5 cm x1 pane. 
• Sidelight 1: Width: 22.7 cm, Height: 151.4 cm x1 pane. 
• Sidelight 2: Width: 23.2 cm, Height: 151.4 cm x1 pane. (checked JBH)
• You would need to order the 4 remaining sections of glass yourself due to their complex shape and dimensions. A competent glazier would be able to measure and supply these.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
