Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Light Paint chips on hinges and light scratch on handle (see last photo), which could be easily touched up.

Security

• 9 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
