Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Light Paint chips on hinges and light scratch on handle (see last photo), which could be easily touched up.
Security
- 9 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
