We are not sure on the exact age of these doors. However, they are modern, in good condition, and appear to have seen little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light cosmetic marks on the sill (see photos) which do not affect the integrity of the door.
• Screw holes on internal side of the frame which could be filled (see photos).

Security

• 5 point ‘Avantis’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 90.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 91.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• This glass has a decorative sticker that can be removed.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
