Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Rain sill is missing (see photos). These can be purchased online and installed by your fitter, or alternatively the screw holes could simply be filled.
• Light scratches on the external door (see photos) which could be touched up.
• Beading for the sidelight is missing, however, this can be purchased online.

Security

• 9 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 62cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.4cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• There is glazing missing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £149 total inc VAT. This glass would be clear, double glazed, Low E, and would pass building regulations.

• We can order other glazing typed for an additional cost (distorted, frosted, tinted, etc).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
