uPVC Front Door with sidelight in White.
Would cost around £1,200.00 if you were to order new direct.
There is no glazing or beading strips for the sidelight on this door, but it can easily be cut off leaving the door 92.4cm width.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Rain sill is missing (see photos). These can be purchased online and installed by your fitter, or alternatively the screw holes could simply be filled.
- Light scratches on the external door (see photos) which could be touched up.
- Beading & glazing for the sidelight is missing.
Security
- 9 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 62cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.4cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- There is glazing missing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £149 total inc VAT. This glass would be clear, double glazed, Low E, and would pass building regulations.

- We can order other glazing typed for an additional cost (distorted, frosted, tinted, etc).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
