Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- External side of cat flap is broken (see photos), however, new cat flaps are available online and are easy to fit.
- Small screw holes (see photos), this is only cosmetic and could be filled.
- Light marks (see photos), these are only cosmetic and do not effect the function of the door.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
