• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Screw holes on the top internal side (see photo) from a previously installed alarm sensor, which could be easily filled and touched up.

Security

• 7 point ‘Milenco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has a Florielle pattern on the glazing.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
