uPVC White Back Door
uPVC Back Door in White, bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Odd light/faint marks externally – nothing exactly noticeable, and these could be easily touched up (see last photo).
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘LSH’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is some condensation occurring inside the glazing – we can order a replacement pane for £90 total including VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us. Please note this would need to be installed by your fitter.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less. Glass will pass building regulations.
- If you want to order the glazing yourself, the units required are: Width: 55.3cm, Height: 97.1cm (x1 pane). (checked LH)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
