The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

uPVC Back Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Ideal if you’re after some high-quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Light chips on the edge of the width extender, however it can be removed or replaced easily.
- Light marks on the handles, but can easily be touched up.
- Few holes on the inside of the frame from the previous installation, which would be hidden once the door closed.
- Small gaps in the rubber gasket in 3 spots, but it can be replaced at a low cost.
- Four screw holes on the frame (two of these are filled already) and four on the edge of the door internally, from the previous alarm unit, which can be filled easily.
- Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Defects
- There is condensation occurring inside the double glazed unit- we can order a replacement pane for £65 total including VAT.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
- Key is missing for the top pane window, however it can be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- The top panel can be tilted inwardly and can be locked from the inside using the handle (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Decorative glass, with a lovely design.

Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
