Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Small chip to the right side of the door on the exterior side (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘DECENTIS’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• We have ordered the glazing (not pictured), which will arrive fitted into the door on delivery.
• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Glazing will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
