uPVC Back Door bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Few Screw holes externally on the frame, internally on the door and light chip bottom of the frame (see photos), however these could be easily filled or touched up.
- Gasket split at the frame’s base (see photo), but if desired, new gasket available online and it is easy to install.
Security
- 3 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
