We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- This item comes with white handles.
Security
- 9 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150.00 total inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
