Upvc White Bi-folding Doors
uPVC Bi-folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Veka’.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
This frame was produced flat pack, so is ideal if your after upvc doors but have tight access.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Two cosmetic scratches on the bottom of the frame and on the sill.
- Black paint on the steel hinges are faded, but can easily be re-painted (see last photo).
- Wood is used to connect the frames, not sure if this has been made or is an original part (see photos).
- Tear on the rubber gasket in few places (on the mullions and doors), however, can be purchased online and be replaced easily.
Security
- Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key for one lock and three keys for the other – please note one of the half barrels is new and would need to be fitted by your installer.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately in the middle.
- When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and 2 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom rolling.
- There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
