The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

BFRC Energy Efficiency Rating is ‘A’, making it an efficient window.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by using the latch. You can order new handles online which would come with keys.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. We can order completely clear glazing for an additional £95 including VAT, which would be delivered along with the window, ready to be installed by your fitter.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Chartwell Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.

🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
