• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key. The windows can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle.
• Small scratch on the sill which could be touched up (see photos).
• This item appears to have been resprayed in Black on the external side by the previous owner.

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
