• Mis measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• 4 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
• There is no key for the handle but the window can still be locked from the inside via the monkey tail handle.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak),
• The colour of the handles & hinges are Chrome.
