Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• A top window pane from set B is missing, but an identical replacement has been ordered and will arrive installed in the window on delivery.
• Light marks and chips on the frames but is cosmetic and does not affect the product. (see photos)
• Peeling of laminate on both sets which is only cosmetic (see photo).
• Screw holes on the frames for both sets, which could be easily filled (see photos).

Security

• Multipoint ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this item, but it can be locked from the inside by turning the handle. Replacement handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online at a low expense and are easy to fit.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick, double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has a leaded pattern externally and inside the glazing which cannot be removed in the top two panes, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the panes entirely.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
