This product is modern (produced in 2023) and offers some of the latest security and energy efficiency systems on the market. .
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Top of the frame was cut to size for the previous installation, but this will not be visible once installed and covered by trim.
Security
- 6 point ‘SI’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Slate Grey RAL 7015, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
