Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Residue adhesive around the frame which could be covered by trim on installation – see photos.
• The handle does not operate and therefore cannot open the window. A competent locksmith or fitter would be able to rectify this, and new handles (complete with keys) can be purchased online.
• 4 pieces  of beading for the bottom section are missing – this can also be bought online and installed by your fitter.

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £60 total inc VAT, please contact us to discuss glazing options. Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 61.7cm, Height: 70.6cm x1 pane (checked JBH)
• The glazing for the top pane is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
