Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Top and bottom window keeps for left pane and vent covers are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 4 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Q-Line’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- One glass pane is missing, but we can order it in at a cost of £20 total inc VAT, this will take 5 days to be delivered to us.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28 mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.

Offer 1 years warranty with all our items (if installed by a Fensa approved installer). 3 month return policy. Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
