uPVC Casement Window in white bespoke made to a high quality.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £600.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Residue adhesive around the internal frame but this can be covered by trim on installation. See in photos.
- Spacer slightly misshapen this does not seem to cause any condensation in the pane, see in photos.
- Odd light marks in 2 places – 1 can be covered by trim and 1 may be able to be touched up to look less visible see in photos.
Security
- 3 point ‘Aubi’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
