uPVC Casement Window in white, bespoke made to a very high quality.
Produced on the 15/11/2022 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- This item is missing one pane of glass which has been ordered and will be fitted before delivery.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- This item comes with no keys, you would need to change the handle if you wanted keys, new handles are found cheaply online.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
