This also means that they will never warp or rot and, of course, will never need painting.As well as meeting the highest Energy Saving standards, REHAU window systems have been tested in accordance with and meet the highest requirements of BS7412 for the standard of a manufactured window. REHAU windows and doors are tested to the highest security standard giving you an added level of security to your home and family.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• There are marks around the edges of the frames from the previous installation, however these will be concealed when installed again with trim.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Each window comes with 1 ‘Tokyo’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing on the top pane only (see photos). These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Chrome and the hinges are Silver.
