Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Light marks externally on the bottom, may be able to remove with a strong cleaner.
• 2 small holes on the bottom of the frame externally, these can be filled easily.
• Light marks on the handles, but are hardly noticeable and can be touched up.
• Small chip on the bottom of the frame internally, however it can be hidden with a trim upon installation.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
