We are not sure on the exact age of this item. However, it is modern, in excellent condition, and appears to have seen little use.

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small cut on the bottom of the internal window frame this can be covered by trim see in photos.
• Screw holes from previous installation these can be removed and also covered with trim see in photos.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle. You can buy new handles with keys online.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
