Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The table on the right is for set number 2.
- Set number 3 sizes are: Width – 97.5 cm, Height – 197.2 cm, Depth – 7 cm.
- Set number 4 sizes are: Width – 97.3 cm, Height – 197.9 cm, Depth – 7 cm.
- Set number 5 sizes are: Width – 97.2 cm, Height – 196.4 cm, Depth – 7 cm.
- Set 5 has scratches on the frame (see photos), this is only cosmetic and could be covered with trim on installation.
- Set 4 has cosmetic marks along the bottom (see photos), this could be covered with trim on installation.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
