Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- The woodgrain finish is peeling slightly at the top of the frame and on the sill (see photos), however, this could be covered with trim on installation.
- Hinge is slightly weathered (see photo), this is only cosmetic however does not affect the operation in any way.
- Woodgrain finish is peeling slightly near door handle (see photo), however this is purely cosmetic it could be easily touched up.
Security
- 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 27.6cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 123.3cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 150.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Side light glazing is beautiful leaded pattern externally and inside the glazing.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
