uPVC French Doors in Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘VEKA’.
Would cost around £1,800 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Modern doors and were only produced 01/12/2019, so offer some of the latest security and energy efficiently on the market. They are also fully reinforced and come complete with laminated glazing, which is an expensive extra.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Residual mastic on the frame, which could be removed, but can also be concealed with trim by your fitter upon installation.
- Residual paint on the hinges (see photos) which could be easily removed using a solvent cleaner.
Security
- 7 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘UAP’ keys.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
