Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is condensation occurring inside the toplight glazing – we have ordered a replacement pane which will arrive with the door on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter.
• Locking strip does not function fully and may need to be adjusted/replaced by your fitter.
• Internal gasket is slightly frayed in places, however, new gasket can be purchased online and is easy to fit – see in photos.
• Handle is a little loose but still functions as intended – new handles can be purchased online.
• External letter box cover is missing, which can also be purchased online.
• Small crack on top light beading, see in photos. This does not prevent the beading from securing the glazing into the frame.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Top light

• The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 204.7cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 13.8cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 108.4cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 122.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
