Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• 1 dent on the sill (see photos) which is purely cosmetic.
• Part of the top of the frame has been chipped in 3 places – this can be covered by trim by your fitter on installation, see in photos.
• The missing pane of glazing has been ordered and will arrive along with the doors on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Atk’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 44cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 120.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 164.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
