Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Door externally discoloured, however, this is only cosmetic.
- Light paint chip on the handle (see photo). This is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the operation of the handle.
- Gasket is slightly frayed in one place (see photo). However this can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 44.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 160.5cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 205cm.
Glazing
- The glazing in the photographs has condensation. However, the item will arrive with brand new replacement glazing that will need to be fitted by your filler.
- Glazing will be 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
