uPVC French Doors.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Crack in 1 piece of beading (see photos), but this will not affect the doors at all and could always be replaced.
- Two marks to the edge of the frame, however when installed with trim these would be covered.
Security
- 7 point ‘Milenco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 93cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 189.2cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 282.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is Brown and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
