uPVC Brown (Golden Oak) French Doors
uPVC French Doors in Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Some small scratches on the external side which could be easily touched up (see photos).
- Paint residue on the external vent cover (see photos) which could be removed with solvent cleaner if desired.
- The external handles are slightly weathered, as you may expect to see on a pre-owned door. This is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation of the handles in any way.
- 1 hinge cover missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 8 ‘Silca’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 26 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
