Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Small bumps on the handles these can be replaced for a low expense.
- Residue mastic around the frame can be covered by trim.
- Some paint chipping on the hinges these can be touched up.
- Holes on the internal doors from previous blinds – these can be filled. Please see last photos of defects.
Missing Parts
- Hinge Covers missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
