High Quality uPVC French Doors.
These are reinforced, so have a steel structure internally and a uPVC frame externally.
Would cost around £2,500.00 each set if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Set A and B both have 2 small pieces of beading missing (see photos), however you should be able to find this online (it isa only cosmetic and will not affect the doors at all).
- Set B is missing 5 cosmetic hinge caps covers (see photos).
- Set B looks slightly discoloured (see photos), this is only cosmetic.
- Set B has some broken beading (see photos).
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Set A comes with 6 keys.
- Set B comes with 4 keys.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- Set A, When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
- Set B, When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 200.1cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 31.1cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 117.8cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 148.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
