Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There are 2 pieces of beading which are broken slightly, however, they can still be installed (defects are cosmetic). Replacement beading could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
• The frame has a crack in the corner (see photos), this could be covered with trim or filled.
• Holes on the internal sections of the sidelight frames (see photos) which could be filled and touched up by your fitter upon installation.
• Comes with two aluminium vents, which are installed within the sidelight frames, along with the glazing.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Mila’ keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 59cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 122.3cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 181.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
