Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Lock keeps and doors may need to be adjusted once installed to ensure they are aligned.

Security

• 11 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it at a cost of £395.00 per door.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm clear toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• We can also order glazing in a different style for an additional cost (Georgian Bars, Tinted, Distorted, etc), contact us for more information.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
