Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Slight dent in the beading (see photos), which is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the integrity of the beading or glass.
- Small crack to the uPVC in 1 door (see photos), which could be filled.
- Small chip in the top of the frame (see photos), which could be covered with trim on installation.
- Cosmetic scratch on 1 door (see photos), which could be touched up.
Security
- 3 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
