Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 11 point ‘Fullex’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Kenrick’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 179.5cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 207.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey RAL7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey.
